Very nice Tuxedo Black 1972 Corvette convertible. We bought this car from a guy in Oklahoma who has owned it since 1981, he basically keep it in his garage and drove it in the local parades a few times per year. The car needed paint so we painted it with base coat clear coat paint, we installed all new weatherstripping, new convertible top and new wood grain on the door panels and console. We gave the interior a good detailing, tuned up the engine with new plugs, plug wires, valve covers and rebuilt the carburetor. We also bought new wiper door vacuum pod and switches. This car is not a fully restored car, but it is a very nice driver and all the gauges work except for the clock! This car is a solid 3 on the: CLASSIC CAR RATING GUIDE. Car is currently equipped with the following: 350 small block from a 1981 Corvette, 4 speed manual transmission, Deluxe interior (not new, mostly original with some imperfections), 4 wheel disc brakes (standard on Corvettes), Non A/C factory heat only. BiN $28,900. December 9, 2015. BiN $28,900 on March 24, 2016. |
